Make sure that you’ve completed the Site Supervisors Introductory Information on the previous screen.
-Your IPT account-
UHEAN Program staff will create your Site Supervisor Account based off of the information that was written on the member’s position description. You will receive an email from ipt_emailer@secureserver.net containing their login information to our online system. This email will give you instructions on how to log in, set your username, and what forms you will need to sign.
Your password will expire every 60 days, you will likely want to set a reminder before then so that you can update your password, if not, you will have to contact us at americorps@uhean.org to reset it.

You may choose to also visit the “Current Members” section of our website for more information about how we expect the members to complete their monthly forms, plan and complete their volunteer mobilization project, and the exiting process for ending their term of service.

AmeriCorps Portal- Federal Website where member will accept enrollment form invitation, complete the exit form, and complete tasks to request their award.
CC- Campus Coordinator
CNCS- Corporation for National and Community Service
Ed Award- Segal AmeriCorps Education Award
EEV- Enrollment Verification Form
IPT- Intern Placement Tracking
Member- AmeriCorps participants are members, not volunteers because they receive a monetary award at the end of their service term.
MPR- Monthly Progress Report
MSA Addendum- form to be signed by member and CC when a members start date is pushed back due to citizenship or identification verification issues
MSA- Member Service Agreement
NSOPW- National Sex Offender Public Website
SHR- Service Hour Record

Utah Higher Education AmeriCorps Network will send monthly newsletters with important updates. If you have not received your monthly newsletter, please let us know.
Program Staff may also hold live webinars for our site supervisors to receive training and to have questions answered. These webinars are not a requirement but will be very helpful.
